Wakimani expected to pay for ‘causing’ Ayeiya’s death.

So you’d think that the Churchill saga would be over after the Zeddy’s interview with Jalangoo.

Not quite.

Paul ” Wakimani” Ogutu has come forward with claims that he has a court order against him.

The court order demands that he pay 21 million shillings for the murder of Ayeiya. Ayeiya is one among a few other deceased Churchill show comedians.

Paul, Ayeiya, and his wife were involved in a fatal car accident that took Emmaunel “Ayeiya” Makori’s life. And he (Paul) was driving at the time of the accident.

Reason behind the court order against Wakimani

Wakimani stated in an interview, that a week after Ayeiya’s death, his wife approached him with the court order blaming him for Ayeiya’s murder. But Wakimani insisted that he was innocent as Ayeiya died in an accident.

To add more salt to injury, Wakimani would have to pay for Ayeiya’s contribution to his family. According to the court order, the assumption was that Ayeiya worked until 55 years on 300,000 monthly. The amount was derived from multiplying the total number of years Ayeiya worked till he was 55 years.

Wakimani mentioned that the case was only on hold due to the ongoing coronavirus epidemic. And that he was not allowed to talk about it outside the court.

This move by Wakimani came a few days after Zeddy mentioned this in her interview with Jalangoo:

“WA KIMANI HAYUKO PAHALI PAZURI… UNAKUMBUKA ILE ACCIDENT YENYE AYEIYA ALIKUFA? HE WAS THE ONE DRIVING THE CAR AND AYEIYA’S FAMILY WANTS HIM TO PAY THEM KSH21 MILLION FOR LOSING THEIR SON. . –Zeddy

Zeddy’s confession on “Bonga na Jalas'”

Just a few weeks ago, comedian Zeddy took to Jalangoo’s YouTube show “Bonga na Jalas” to talk about the suffering of the majority of Kenya’s popular comedians. Because of working under the hands of their creative director, Victor Ber.

Zeddy claims that Wakimani even fell into depression over the situation. As a result, he was even willing to sell his kidney to raise the amount required.
